Before we book your session, please take a moment to read the important details below. By booking, you agree to these terms & conditions.

🎁 What You’ve Been Gifted

• Creative Session Fee ($200 Value)
  This covers your planning consult, photography session, and in-person or Zoom ordering appointment.

• $200 Artwork Credit
  To use toward any of our product collections or printed pieces.

That’s $400 of value towards creating meaningful family artwork you’ll love forever.

Most families invest between $1,000–$3,000 on their artwork.
Whether it’s a statement piece for your wall or a beautiful album full of memories, we’ll help you choose the right fit for your home and budget.

Want a Melbourne session but can't find a date? Pop us a message—we release spots just a few months in advance and have a short waitlist available.

We kindly require that all immediate family members attend the session (yes, that includes Dad!).
Fur babies? 100% welcome—this is your full story.

🗓 Booking Dates & Due Period

We’re currently booking for October through December or Canola is September/October or until the flowers fall off.
Need a newborn or later-in-the-year session? Let’s chat.

⏳ Claim Your Spot Within 3 Days

You’ve got 72 hours to book your date—after that, we’ll pass the gift along to another deserving family on our waitlist.

💸 Refundable Booking Deposit

We require a $100 refundable deposit to secure your time. This deposit is:

• Refunded at your ordering appointment

• OR can be used as credit toward your artwork purchase

It’s only forfeited if you no-show or cancel within 14 days of your session.

✨ After Your Session

We’ll schedule a guided Ordering Session (in-person or via Zoom), where you’ll see your images for the first time.
Your $200 print credit expires 4 weeks after your ordering appointment.
